Charlie Parker represents a fusion of scales, geometries, community and culture. Back in the 1920s, the art deco era saw a similar type of fusion take place – combining modernism with fine craftsmanship and rich materials.

Student Castle Oxford is a high quality student accommodation with a mixture of flats, studios and two bedroom studios with shared spaces. On a prominent site in close proximity to Oxford’s city centre railway station, this is the first project to be realised as part of the Oxpens redevelopment and wider urban regeneration plan.

Our inspiration for this project came from the unique nature of the site a gently sloping landscape right at the edge of the waterfront of Rose Bay.
