St Augustine’s College is a Catholic congregational school for boys in Years 5-12, located in Sydney’s northern beaches.
The Goold Wing redevelopment comprised of the renovation of the school’s existing Goold and Lecceto Wings.
The project intended to increase capacity, and update educational facilities for all boys that promote a shift toward flexible learning through provision of varied student experiences and activities, integrated into the College’s core educational model.

Peninsula Grammar School Innovation and Learning Centre
Mount Eliza, Victoria
Peninsula Grammar is an independent coeducational school for 1400 students ranging from 3-year-old Kindergarten to Year 12. In 2018, fjmtstudio were engaged to provide architectural services for a new Innovation and Learning Centre on the Mount Eliza Campus.The Peninsular Grammar “Creativity Centre” has been designed to provide contemporary pedagogy spaces within a sustainable environment. The two level timber building sensitively responds to its context addressing the middle school and adjacent sports oval, providing a double height gallery, a state of the art 162 seat presentation space, resource centre, 9 flexible learning commons including an outdoor class room, a specialised virtual reality classroom and multiple maker spaces.
Inner Sydney High School
Surry Hills, Sydney
This new comprehensive high school for 1200 students, developed by Schools Infrastructure NSW, occupies a site on the corner of Cleveland and Chalmers Streets in the inner city suburb of Surry Hills. The new future focused high-rise school, with a campus approach consisting of both new and refurbished heritage buildings, provides 15 levels of 11 storeys of educational space including a basement Gymnasium and Rooftop, with a diversity of learning areas.

Loreto Kirribilli Stage 1 Innovation Centre
Loreto Kirribilli Innovation Centre is the first stage of the detailed masterplan completed by fjmtstudio. Innovation, differentiation, flexibility and connectivity are the core principles for the Stage 1 works.
The Innovation Centre is a 7 storey building with a roof terrace nested on a steep sloping site. A number of elevated walkways are integrated to provide clear and equitable access across the campus’s Western Precinct and provide connection to the campus core. Landscaped surrounds are carefully incorporated to sustain the natural beauty of the site.
Loreto Kirribilli Masterplan
Loreto Kirribilli is an independent Catholic school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12 with an enrolment of just over 1000 students. fjmtstudio has been engaged to undertake a detailed masterplan for the current campus — a masterplan which will consider up to 20 years of future development.
Darlington Public School
Sydney, New South Wales
fjmtstudio is building a new primary school in Darlington to support the student community. The brief is to deliver a school for 415 students, to be accommodated in 19 home bases. This equates to an average of 22 students per home base. Future expansion can be accommodated up to a maximum of 437 students with an average of 23 students per home base. The proposed Master Plan is based on the NSW Department Of Education’s Educational Facilities, Standards and Guidelines for a Core 14 school for a maximum of 510 students, meaning that the core facilities are adequate for future expansion.
Port Macquarie Campuses
Proposed works include a new CAPA facility along Owen Street, a refurbishment of Block T for general Learning and Staff Spaces, a new TAS workstore place, a double-storey PCYC facility, a new lift connection, COLA & covered walkways connecting new buildings and all associated landscaping works & services.

Fort Street Public School
Millers Point, Sydney
fjmtstudio was engaged by SINSW to redevelop the Fort Street Public School, one of the most unique school campus sites in Sydney. The proposal will provide increased student capacity to cater for the growing needs of the local community and understand the available options to maximise the site’s redevelopment potential.
