Cydelia House

Cydelia House has been completed in Melbourne. It comprises two adjacent terraces houses within the Victorian State heritage listed Drummond Terrace, designed by Walter Scott Law in 1890, and is one of the longest and grandest victorian terraces in Melbourne.

The refurbishment and extension of Cydelia House was undertaken to provide high quality, accessible and contemporary post-graduate student accommodation within the ‘University Precinct’ in Carlton, Melbourne.

We are very pleased to see Cydelia House shortlisted at the Dulux Colour Awards. We are now proceeding to Stage 2 and the Winners will be announced on the 8th of May 2019.
