Simon Barr



Graduating with honours from the University of Newcastle, Simon has fifteen years experience in the profession successfully undertaking projects within Australia and overseas. He has a wide range of architectural design experience encompassing public buildings, residential, interior, construction detailing and facade design. He is highly knowledgable in concept development as well as cost plan and project budget analysis.

Simon has led teams across the design, documentation and construction phases on projects of considerable innovation in design, environmental control, and construction quality achieving awards for sustainability as well as architecture and interiors. Simon has developed a particular interest and expertise in environmental design, and its integration as a key component of a cohesive architectural response. Simon has contributed as a tutor in architecture and construction at the University of Newcastle.
